Digital Marketing Specialist
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and lead generation
- Conduct keyword research, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and ad extensions to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and bids to improve performance
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads reporting and provide detailed insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, features, and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals
- Manage and optimize Google Ads budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns (2-3 years minimum)
- Solid understanding of Google Ads platform, features, and best practices
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
- Certification in Google Ads (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
